District Live is a flexible venue. Some shows are seated, while others are general admission standing. Please check the individual event details for the setup. For standing shows, special accommodations can be made for those with accessibility needs. Please contact our Entertainment Department.

Yes, District Live is fully ADA accessible. If you have special accessibility needs, feel free to contact us ahead of time for assistance.

Paid parking is available onsite during events through valet or self-parking onsite. Special self-parking fees are applied for ticket holders. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Small bags and purses are allowed but subject to search. Large bags, backpacks, and outside food/drinks are not permitted. The bags do not have to be clear.

For everyone’s safety, weapons, outside food/drinks, professional cameras (without media credentials), and illegal substances are not allowed.

Plant Riverside District has many dining options before or after your show. District Smokehouse, District Seafood, Riverside Burger, Riverside Biergarten, Graffito, Savannah Tequila Company, and Stone and Webster Chophouse are a few steps away from the venue.

The artist and promoter will communicate the photo and video rules to the venue. Specific direction, if any, will be provided at the beginning of the show.

Once all information is received from the artist and their promoters, we’ll notify ticket holders by email and post updates on our website and social media. All refunds or rescheduled performance date details will be provided by the ticketing provider.

Yes! District Live is available for private events, weddings, corporate functions, and group bookings. Contact us for weddings or for meetings and events.
